A good point, though we are pretty darned certain this is not an input power supply issue. We are in a very nice datacenter with two separate power paths that both flow through double online conversion UPS's. None of our other equipment has experienced issues. Also, the messages being logged by the iLOM's seem to refer to DC voltage issues, not AC voltage issues on the input side. We have even had power supplies and power distribution boards in many of the servers swapped out to attempt to combat this issue (before Sun confirmed it was a firmware problem).

Could it just be power fluctuatins kicking the power supply voldtages around?

Anyways, ILOM has been rock solid here.

Ooh, that sounds like they might have fixed yet one more of these voltage errors... Let me know what you find out! We may have to apply that firmware across our environment!

I have exactly the same problem with 3 machines. I upgraded to version 2.2 of the firmware package but got another error some days ago.
I also noticed the changed ID of the NIC:s. (This was no problem with the machines running SuSe Linux but the windows machine got confused)

I noticed that there is a new version out (2.3a) which has the following note: "ILOM Service Processor firmware 2.0.2.10 build 44276. Enhancements: Fix the issue of upper non-critical going high message reported"

I will try to install it...
